So he did just that, running straight up behind the man in a tuxedo and giving him a good thump on the back.
"MISTER MINISTER, HI," William hurried around to his front so he could see him. "HI, I'M ONE OF YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!" Sort of!!!!!! He wasn't sure why he was shouting, but GOSH. HI. This guy was like FAMOUS. If Willy's dad could see him now, he'd be SO PROUD!!!!!!
...wait, they weren't ALL supposed to be wearing tuxedos, were they? He suddenly felt underdressed.
