"Well..." she started, "you have three which more or less represent protection, you could, eliminate two that you think are particularly disharmonious in terms of flavour.. without compromising the blends meaning."

Sarah was eager for the input. She listened and nodded, absorbing it all. She then cocked her head from side to side, thinking it through. Especially the teacher's last words... BUT...She wanted to use it all! "
ehh.. thanks for the advice, " she said. She took her basket back to her workplace. She placed it front of her and rested her head in her palm, deep in thought. She then looked at her basket then back at her list and then back at the basket. She could not part with any of them.. she wanted them all in her tea. That was what made her family so unique, there was unity but not uniformity. So in the end she decided to stick with them all. With that being said, she thought it was time to stop with the collecting and work on the tea, she would note the others herbs she wanted to add later.
