So Alice knew the spell and she'd had it for her OWLs, this homework would be a lot easier for her. Lex would be the only one messing up here. The older girl passed all her OWLs meaning she hadn't failed the spell then and wouldn't be failing it now.

"We can get right into it." Honestly, she had no idea why she bothered to ask. Repetition wasn't her thing--

"Oh come on, you're acting like I'd blow you up...on purpose." Really it wasn't that big a deal. The fact that there was now water on the table told her Alice had already made up her mind on this. No casting at her face. Boo. You had to admit, it would have given her more incentive to get it right. Anyway.

Two little clockwise circles annnnd, "Siccus Aerous!"....It wasn't all gone but she'd gotten a good amount of it dry. "I think you can practice on the rest right there then we try again."
