Ha ha how inspirational indeed. Willy poked his tongue out of his mouth toward her a bit and took a sip of his hot coffee. Ow ow ow, still too hot. Ow. "That's how you know I was in the right House," he hinted with a wink. "We're the sneaky ones." The ones you'd never guess, that was right. Who else was in there with him? Geeez.... he only remembered his friends. The question was whether he should mention them or not.
"Do you remember Cecelia Tillstorm? She was younger than us, but in the... Snake... house too. And my sister Wanda Williamson was an Eagle. You might recall her." Even if she was younger too. Thank GOODNESS. A good question, if a little difficult to answer in their current location. January glanced around hesitantly and answered in a slightly quieter tone, "I was... ghost... hunting. And regulation." Some muggles did that, right? They had those weird 'ghost' television shows where they 'hunted ghosts'. Or attempted to? Merlin, whoever was listening to their conversation probably thought they were nutters.
Aha. She laughed. "That is true. I should have known." He was definitely a Slytherin, then. Sneaky and proud. "The name sounds familiar," she said in response to Cecelia Tillstorm. A younger Snake, so, it wasn't a huge surprise that she didn't remember her entirely. Wanda Williamson struck a chord, though. "Oh yeah, I remember Wanda. She was... nice." Right? Wasn't she? January's memory of past classmates obviously wasn't the best. She hadn't stayed friends with any of them, so she hadn't really felt the need to... think about them. Oops? |
