So the wand movement in question here was a simple whipping one, correct? the Seventh year took her wand out and held it firmly in her wand hand, which would be her left one, Lefties FTW, and whipped her wand forward in a striking motion before pulling it back. All the while she was making whip noises in her head whi-psh really it seemed simple enough, the motion anyway, yet she tried it a few more times just for good measure.
