Four years didn't seem like a great deal of time, but then again at the same time it kind of did. A bit weird, it was. It didn't seem like a very long time on paper, but it felt like a lot of time. It was only four years ago she'd graduated from Hogwarts, and yet it felt much longer than that. Time was strange. As for her children, she had a lot of help from her husband and friends and their parents. Her mum especially loved watching Regina and Naia. Vashti didn't point this out though since it would be rude to interrupt. So instead she continued listening...and was very surprised.

Promotion? Her? She hadn't expected this to be about that at all. Not that she'd expected it to be bad either, but...well, she wasn't sure what she'd expected to be honest. But she was very pleasantly surprised, and she smiled. "I say that sounds wonderful, and I accept. Thank you."
