He then puts it in a pile that says "OUT" which some will go to the Senior Undersecretary for a formal signature after the proof reading that he made. He then took another document and flipped through it.

He motioned for Ms. Goodman to sit down and said, "We do no have much to do at the moment but what I would suggest is, you can have your early break and then come back to me once you are done." he said with a smile.
