He was grateful she was going to drop all of this with Karla... He didn't need to argue about her at the moment, and he seemed to be losing more and more people everyday so he shook his head letting it go, "I'm honestly just not that hungry... That can't be too shocking for me." He never ate all that much so he just shrugged and continued to look at the drinks.
