Olly waited. And waited. And waited. Waited for the other girl to ask her why she didn't like her name. Everyone always did. Only the question never came. Which earned the fellow Hufflepuff a curious look, her eyes softening slightly. That was new. That was a welcome reaction. Or not-reaction really.

There, so she HAD been right about this girl.

Simply nodding when she stated that it was 'just Olly', she regarded the other girl for a moment in silence. "Lotus." Right. She was pretty sure she'd not heard anyone call her that. It was an interesting name though. "You're a year below me yeah?" She was pretty sure. Well she knew that she wasn't in her year since they weren't sharing a dorm and all. Logic yeah?
