Limited to COOKIES, that was. Not all that bad if you thought about it, because everyone liked cookies, so she could easily win everyone over with them. LOGIC, you see.
Skipping out of the common room wearing an apron she'd gotten one of the older badgers to transfigure for her earlier, she soon reached the kitchen entrance. All thanks to Forrest, she knew how to get in. This was why best friends were the best. They gave you means to get food. If that wasn't the sign of a true best friend, she didn't know what was. But enough about her 'best friend', this was 'badger buddy' time.
Tickle the pear. Inside she went. "I SEE YOU, TALL BOY." She called out as soon as she entered the room. Frantically, she waved her arms to get his attention, though, it wouldn't be surprising if he could already see her, given the fact that she was currently the only other person in the room. "How are you, badger buddy!?" Bristol was practically leaking enthusiasm and excitement right now. The great thing about being tall was the fact that it was easy for him to be able to look for people. He just had to look over people's heads, generally those shorter than him, until he spotted the person he was looking for. And the fact that he was a Hufflepuff usually helped in this too. The bad thing was that sometimes... sometimes, he ended up feeling like a giant and this was certainly one of those times.
The Hufflepuff looked around the kitchen at all the house elves. Since he had grown some more over the summer, much the dismay (probably) of his girlfriend, the house elves seemed shorter than usual. Or maybe he was just taller than usual. Yeah, that could be it. But... still. Small or not, it was great that the house elves were back! And not just because they got better food and didn't have to wash their clothes by hand again, although that did sound bett-- "BOUNCY GIRL!" She was here! And boy, did she seem excited! He waved enthusiastically back at her, a grin spreading across his face. "I'm great thanks! How are you? Ready to do some baking?" Although, she was wearing an apron. But it was still nice to ask, yeah?
Oh and one other thing! He stood up straight again and opened out his arms. Hugs? Yeah?
