He committed that to memory and nodded to her as it would have been rude to reach across his coworkers to try and shake her hand. "Pleasure to meet you, Calista. Pierson Fuller. Charms." But she probably knew the title already, considering he was fairly certain they all had assigned seats here.

Giving the new charms and creatures professors a nice smile and placing one hand on each of their shoulders in the friendly sort of way, she greeted them warmly, "Hello there, welcome to Hogwarts. I'm Josephina Hadley."

Feeling the touch of a hand on his shoulder, Piers glanced up just as another one of his colleagues introduced themselves. He smiled in response and held out his hand for her to shake. "Pierson Fuller," he replied. "Pleasure to meet you, Josephina." So far, they all seemed quite nice. The ones who had greeted him anyway.

She gave a light laugh of disbelief. "No!" She was just in Greece recently. They couldn't have been in the same place at the same time, only to come teach here at the same time. That was way too coincidental.

Piers wasn't sure of the reasoning behind her small outburst, but he went onto explain, "I transferred to Athens after two years in Edinburgh and then started teaching Kwikspell courses a few years later." And look where he was now. Teaching at the place of all places. The place where they kind of... grew up together. Strange how small the world was sometimes.
