This girl was after her own heart! "don't worry! I love it when I see people enjoy food. I am a real foodie myself. I like Italian food, like pizza, pasta and lasagna, never really developed a taste for Asian cusine.. besides for the vegetable spring rolls.." she was going on too much, "I think it is awesome that we get to have our vitamin from something that tastes nice like food. Over the summer, I had to take iron supplements which were pills... hated them with passion. They just taste gross". Maybe Sarah should stop there in case this girl thinks Sarah's whole life revolves around food.. which it doesn't. She needed books and people too.

"Quidditch is awesome" Sarah said, her eyes shining with enthiasm, "I have been playing it for years, and for the past two years I have been on the Gryffindor quidditch team. Being on the team is a great experience.. and I love flying.

Sarah listened to what the girl said about Hair... "I think they were just jealous. When I was in primary school kids used to tease me about being petite, telling me that it was unhealthy to be too thin. So I read up on BMI and body shapes and I found out that I was just perfect. There are some gingers in Hogwarts... the previous two head girls have been gingers and the headmistress has a red head."

Sarah was eager to show the pictures, and she hoped that the girl did not mind. She reached into her satchel as if to take out her album but abruptly withdrew her hand.. "the album is buried somewhere in there... but I do have another picture" She said reaching behind her and showing the girl a pillow. On it there was a family portrait. "This picture was taken at my brother's wedding this past summer. It was taken and printed the muggle way, so they don't move" she said. "So meet the family" she said. "this is my father" she said, pointing to a man with blue eyes and blond hair who had a middle aged stomach. She then pointed over at a smiling brunette who had warm brown eyes, "my mother". The next boy she pointed to, who had brown hair and brown eyes was "Charlie, the eldest, married and with kids of his own". The groom, Daniel came next, "my mother wishes he would get a hair cut, she prefers her boys looking smart with short hair" Sarah said. Daniel's blonde hair was in a swag, a stray piece covering his blue eyes. Josh was pointed out next, "Josh was my parents first ginger, so although we have ginger on both sides of our genes, it was rather unexpected," The tall one with blonde hair and green eyes was Gabriel. She then pointed to the tall, dark one, "this is Jonathon, he graduated last year." On to the next one, "Sammy is also a ginger, yet if you look closely his eyes are green, as opposed to Josh who has blue eyes. Sammy is a sixth year lion here. Then there is me" Sarah said, pointing to herself, she was wearing a navy gown and her hair was in a fancy updo. "Then there is James, the youngest" Sarah said, pointing to the last unnamed face in the picture. James had dark hair yet blue eyes. "hope I did not bore you... this is the family though.

Adelaide should have expected that question. The next thing on her mind was it okay for her to share her family's status in the muggle world with Sarah? Sure she seemed nice enough, but who knows. She really didn't have a choice. "Yeah. My parents have - uh - quite a bit of money and managed to find a teacher that would come to the house so I could continue muggle school." Which she had no say in whatsoever.

Her stomach began to growl with every mention of a new food. Gosh did she love food. It was obvious Sarah shared Adelaide's enthusiasm for food. "I know exactly what you mean. Food is good just in general." And that was all they should talk about that because otherwise Adelaide's stomach was not going to shut up.

She nodded. "I've only read books and seen pictures. I've never gotten to ride a broom, let alone play quidditch." Addi felt like she was missing out on a major part of being a witch with that one. "Is flying really hard because I was wanting to try it?"

"That's what my parents said." But she never believed it. Some things that were said were just too nasty to forget.

Adelaide sat next to Sarah and scooted closer so that she could see the pictures. She was looking forward to see moving pictures, but seeing any at all was a good thing. She listened intently as Sarah went through her family, frowning ever so slightly as she went on. They all looked so happy and her family was huge. Addi always wanted a family like that. "Wow. So you're the only girl then? That had to be interesting."
