And then she offered up Spot to hold. Pfft, 'course he wanted to hold Spot. That was a silly question. That cat adored him and stuff, which he wouldn't blame her. He had that effect on all types of females, why would felines be any different? So he took her from Pen and grinned, "C'mon, lets go through." He had to find someone anyway. After more than two years, Penelope did notice some of the things he said and the way he said things had rubbed off on her a little. Usually it just slipped out, but sometimes she did it on purpose because he got all smirky and smug and it was cute. Like right now, he was smirking again. So she grinned.
Y'know what was also cute? When he got all excited and happy around Spot. He was always so pleased at getting to hold her and pet her, Penelope thought it was adorable. And Spot obviously liked it too since she liked the attention. She laughed a little and then nodded. "You can go first." He'd gotten to the wall before her, so he could go through first if he wanted. She'd be right behind him. Or would it do both at the same time? She couldn't remember whether she'd tried that before or not.
