Not knowing what the creature might do, Penelope instinctively reached forward, grabbed the little girl's arm, and pulled her back away from the drawer. "Get away from it," she warned. She then nodded at Cassia. "Yeah. Hurry." Get the broom or whatever else might get the creature out of there.
