So, it was okay.
"I'm Stan. Nice to meet--" Oh the girl had already jumped to another question. "Yes, I am." And the grin on his face widened a little. EXCITED.
"I take it you're not new."
Stan. She hadn't heard anyone else with that name so far so he wouldn't have to worry about her confusing him for someone else. He didn't have a face like anyone else's either so there was that as well. New but standing out. That was the best way to not get sucked into the many nameless faces around the castle.
Lex shook her head, grinning at him. [b]"Not at all, been here since my first year."[b] Hard to believe it'd been so long ago now that she was saying it out loud.
"I'm a fourth year Gryffindor, what year are you transferring into?" Her eyes were once again roving over the platform for any signs of quick movement or flashes of silver. He had to be around there somewhere. Perhaps he'd gone to take a nap inside the train? It seemed just as likely. He liked naps just as much as hunting. She could never be too sure when it came to him.
"And any idea what house you want? You're welcome in Gryffindor." Just saying.
"But the other houses are alright I guess."
See how unbiased she could be?
