So Jake stood with his trolley - holding both his and his girlfriend's things because apparently he was the pack mule in the relationship - and watched as a few people went through the barrier. He'd wait a few minutes before he did the same. It took some convincing, but here Anya Phillips was, returning to Hogwarts for her 6th year. She'd already said goodbye to her family. It was probably because they knew that once she saw Jake again there was really no getting away from him.
And they were right.
Speaking of Jake. Where was that boyfriend of hers? He had all her things. Why? Because. Pfft. Anya wasn't going to carry things if Jake volunteered to. Or... was going to be there. Really, his existence made her lazy. But that was okay. He probably didn't even notice that she volunteered him to bring her trunk before it was too late.
She readjusted her bag on her shoulder before she spotted him. With a wide grin on her face, she ran over to him and threw herself into his arms.
