Woa. A festival! Of course the first thing to catch her eye was the Make Your Own Magical Items Booth. So cool! Tora ran over to the booth nimbly dodging small crowds of people before landing at the table, eagerly eyeing the supplies spread out.
What to make, what to make? Well, what would be useful first off? Her hands hovered over one object then another before settling on a miniature Muggle mini-figure. It was of a girl with wings wearing what looked like something close to a school uniform. She flipped it over to see if there was a name on the base to tell her who it was... and yes. Lolita Canary- Super Young Team- DC Comics(TM)

Cool! She grinned. Now if she could just get started. She pulled out her wand and was about to point it at the figure's base to get it to come off when she remembered. "Billywig rot!" she muttered, using one of the lighter curses she picked up from Gram. Stupid underage magic laws. And now she was in a black mood too. Great.
Anyway if she couldn't do magic outside of school, then maybe one of the people sitting behind the table could do it for her.
"Hey." she said to get their attention, but then she checked herself and her temper. It wasn't their fault after all. She continued in a nicer tone,"Can you help me enchant this please?" ...before I explode from frustration...
