Then her rabbit with a sword could be a pirate, right? Pirates were interesting people... it seemed like a male-dominant profession. Very interesting.

"No, I'm a person, Landon, not a robot," Melanie said, sticking her tongue out at him. A switch. Hmph. If she had a switch for this stuff did he really think that she'd choose to blush all the time. "Plus, I'm not even blushing. It's just... just... y'know... really... warm..." Melanie was pretty sure she had used that excuse before... but over a year ago, so it was okay, wasn't it?

She looked at the bear-hug bears and picked on up. "How do these work...?" she asked Landon, putting one close to his face. She was expecting the teddy bear to latch onto his face or something. Come one, bear... give Landon's face a giant bear hug.

So was he going to get a balloon? "No way, I still won't get one." He shook his head. Too many bad memories with them when he was a kid. He'll just let Melanie stick with the balloons.

He rolled his eyes at her as she said she was a person and not a robot. Of course he knew that, but the way she blushed it was like an on and off switch. Everytime he said something she would blush. Maybe not everytime he said something, but specific times. Hadn't he heard that excuse before? "One of these days, you'll admit to blushing. I know you will...or I'll have to make you admit to it." He smirked.

He watched as she picked up the bear-hug teddy bear and put it in her face. "What are you doing?" He said, backing up from it. He didn't want to be suffocated by a teddy bear. He remembered three years ago when he was terrified of them, so she was even lucky that he was even this close to them.
