Funny. That was the same word going through her mind right now. Except probably a lot more bolded and angry and red and all sorts of unpleasant. She didn't know what she just said. She didn't know what she was going to say. Melanie Sung just knew that she had said something incredibly dumb. Actually, everything she had said in the past few minutes was incredibly dumb.

"I... I meant... he's not you. He's someone else. Who's like you. But not you. I... I..." Melanie stammered.

What was she supposed to do?

Were there any distractions present? Melanie would very much appreciate a distraction right about now. "I don't know. Just... just forget it? Forget I said anything. I didn't say anything. Rewind."
