This would have been ten times more exciting for Harley if Sachiko was not causing a scene at the moment. Interns meant new blood in the Leaky Cauldron and she LOVED her child, but a woman could only handle so many mistakes, mischief and mishaps before she went insane. So new people- new FEMALE people- was a nice change of pace. A really nice change of pace. And yet, Sachiko didn't seem to think so.
Why was THEIR child the certifiable kleptomaniac? They ran a business where people brought their things and stayed...it was the WORST possible place to have a thief. Yes, Ryoma, a thief. They had argued a million times before that she was no thief, just curious, but look at her in that little tutu. Beneath that cute exterior was a klepto.
She was momentarily distracted when Ryoma introduced her as his Harley. Blink. Well, that was unprofessional. This was their first day with the girls, WHICH SHE WAS STILL BOUNCING WITH PINK, BUBBLY JOY ABOUT, and now they were gonna think she was just his Harley. Hmph. He was getting glares.
Plastering on a bright, sunshine happy smile to the girls she added, "And if you girls have any que-" SACHIKO senses tingling.
Her blonde head snapped to the side to see her positively harassing the Penelope girl about her necklace. It was too EARLY for this Chiki. Walking over to her daughter, she wrapped her arms around her baby girl's middle and lifted her up.
Plopping her on the other side of the room she chastised, "What does Mummy say about taking other people's things? Hmm?" Getting so wrapped up in parenting their child, Harley missed all of Ryoma's little pep talk to the girls. When he was finally done, she perked her head up to look over at them and added with a sweet smile, "Everything Ryoma said. Oh and dears? If you need anything don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help."
