The Food Trolley was where Penelope needed to be right now. Why? Because she was hungry. That should be obvious. And she had a couple galleons she was willing to spare for it. Long train ride after all, and she didn't like going without any kinda food for that long.
But when she finally reached the trolley...strange things were happening. Kat and Tag were flapping their arms and dancing around like crazy people. What in Merlin's name... Had they stolen some of the Hogwarts ice cream to bring on the train to eat? Penelope blinked confusedly at them for a few seconds before finally asking, "What are you guys doing?"
