Pigs could fly. Miracles were possible. Or else the suspicious Healer was actually in a good mood.
"Ms. Tillstorm," Erik replied levelly, doing his best not to seem too shocked that he was greeted by name by the woman.

Arms crossed, Ivy walked across the room, still paranoid that dementors would burst through the doors at any moment, ready to make them all relive their worst memories all over again. Fear aside, she stepped up to the staff dais, giving her fellow governor only a quick glance before sitting in her seat without acknowledging anyone else. Erik was also looking for a certain someone and was, to a degree, relieved to see her looking okay when she finally came to the staff table. He gave her a tiny,
tiny encouraging smile, and then went back to staring at nothing.

This snub didn't go unnoticed, however, and even though Calista was addressing someone else, Erik leaned in to greet her anyway

seen Firth's demise coming? Heh heh heh.
"Good evening, Ms. Elwood." And was that Professor Bentley? She received an almost warm smile.
"Seren. How are you."
