How did people even comfort others? Kurumi had been good at it when he was upset about something but the Slytherin just couldn't do that to others. Did that make him heartless?
Lowering his arms, Daichi looked down at the ground. No! he too could comfort a friend!
"There there...." he said as he patted her arm. He was horrible at this!
"No.. I don't know... One moment I'm happy, super happy, enjoying everything and now... now I can't stop crying and everything is just horrible. I don't know what's wrong with me." That was the honest truth, she wanted to continue about how it was that potions day.. That syrup day, but she felt crazy anymore for that one. Was no one else feeling this way.
She looked back up at him as she felt his hand on her arm. She tired to give a smile, but it wasn't happening. She looked at Daichi not really meaning to look helpless, but her eyes were puffy from all the crying and she looked exhausted so helpless was exactly how she looked.
"The worst part is thinking about Ethan leaving soon... End of term, not more Ethan here... No more you.. We just started getting to be good friends and now.. now you are leaving.. Everyone leaves me.. My parents, my brother, Professor Schirmer, Mr. Gibbins, Professor Magnus.. Every time I start connecting and getting to know someone they leave...." Her adult abandonment issues were showing horribly and she didn't mean for them too.
