And without eating ANY ice cream, Ascanius was officially satisfied with the work he had put forward on the ice cream. It sure did LOOK to him that he had put forth the effort to eat it, so he was just going to roll with that. If they questioned him he would simply SAY he ate it. No one had watched him, no one would care AND it looked like he had eaten it...so yeah. He was done with this assignment.
And he wouldn't be surprised if everything in his bowl had gotten eaten when he turned around to leave because the animals would go and attack it. One could not simply leave ice cream out ANYWHERE in this school. The masses grew enraged and guzzled it down. Gross. Real gross.
Ahem, anyway, could he leave? He had BY THE LOOKS OF IT, done what he was supposed to do and the sight of ice cream was making him anxious. He just wanted to be anywhere but here.
......with that in mind, he left.
