With Othala out of the way, that left twenty-two runes still in need of being carved onto this bad boy...Dylan was really enjoying carving runes into things. Writing them, too. He liked the way they looked...and he liked the way his fingers would listen and meticulously draw them out. Art was a general fail for the Slytherin when it came to drawing...but the runes were just simple enough in structure for him to make them beautiful.

Continuing with the trend, he allowed his mind to clear...and then waited for the next rune to float up...There it was...Berkano...Berkano needed to be near Othala since they had a similar purpose...The first focused on commitment...while the latter held powers together. Sounds like commitment to him. Also bringing ideas to fruition...and creativity...Dylan wanted it to be near the center...

Right, focusing his wand again, and concentrating on the rune he was trying to etch into the side of his galdr, the Slytherin began carefully mouthing the incantation for it. "...Intaglio Berkano...Intaglio Berkano..." Looked just like a jagged 'B'...His hands were steady as the rune began to translate onto the wand..."...Intaglio Berkano...Intaglio Berkano...Intaglio Berkano...Intaglio Berkano..."...and then it was done...and Dylan was left massaging his forehead.

What next...?

Mannaz...Increase in intelligence, memory, and mental power...Focus was back full on as Dylan readied himself for the next rune to start 'calling' to him. It was the oddest thing...but make him feel power at the same time...Mannaz, Mannaz, Mannaz...

"Intaglio Mannaz...Intaglio Mannaz...Intaglio Mannaz...Intaglio Mannaz...Intaglio Mannaz..." Dylan's wand hand moved with ease, doing the first line of the 'M' shape...and then the second...."Intaglio Mannaz...Intaglio Mannaz..."...and then that crazy crisscross thing at the top...

In fact, he kept his momentum going as the next rune immediately flashed across the insides of his eyelids.

Isa.

The most simple one to carve ever...To make a situation static, ground wayward emotions and calm volatile actions. Seemed like such a manipulation rune to him...but also seemed like a totally useful thing to add to his galdr. So,....it was back to focusing once more. "Intaglio Isa...Intaglio Isa....Intaglio Isa....."
