His legs being locked together was going to cause quite a few problems, wasn't it? ... Maybe. He wiggled a little on the spot, trying to steady himself. Yeah... he was going to have to be very careful and hope that the older girl wouldn't hit him with another spell that could knock him over backwards.

And speaking of being knocked over backwards, WAS MINNIE OKAY? BLINK. No no no no no! "Minnie?" The sixteen year old tried to wobble forwards, one foot at a time, to help the older Hufflepuff but he only managed to shuffle forwards a couple of inches. Uh oh. But MINNIE! She was on her back and he hadn't meant for the spell to hit her with so much force! Really! He was only meant to slow her down a--

AAAAAAARGH! SHE WAS THROWING ANOTHER SPELL AT HIM! "Protego!" Had she just... tried to throw the full body bind curse on him? ... "Steleus!"
