Taking the quill and clipboard, he managed to balance Ringo on one hip whilst signing the form. "It'll be me or my wife, Lorelai. Most probably me, but if something happens, yeah. She's 'bout this tall," he motioned to his chest level with the quill, "And brunette and super gorgeous." And that was Lor.
Handing back the clipboard, Adam pointed to each of the kids in turn. "That's Saffron and Corbin... I mean Corbin and Saff... They're four...." Surely she'd get onto that the boy was Corb and the girl Saffron? Meh. "And this here's Ringo. He's three, and an angel." At least he was, most of the time.
"What's the latest I can pick them up?"
She took the clipboard back and placed it on the hook.
"Either one of you will be just fine for picking them up. The charm on the doorway will only allow one or the other of you to take them."
Zoe smiled at the kids. They did seem like great kids and she knew they would fit in very well with the others already playing.
"Well, it is a pleasure to meet you Corbin, Saffron, and Ringo. My name is Miss Zoe. If you need anything at all, just tell me and I'll help you. All three of you are just in time for snacks." Zoe pointed to the snack table. There was a selection of organic fresh fruits and vegetables, hummus, and whole grain crackers.
"As for picking them up, we will be here until 7:00. If you will be later, send a notice up here by 6:00 and one of us can stay as late as 8:00. We don't have dinner for the children, but we will have fruits and veggies to snack on until you are able to get them."
Zoe took another quick glance around the room, making sure everything seemed to be going well. She knew Athena had it under control, but an extra eye was always helpful.
"If you don't have any questions for me, I'll go a head and take the kids over to the play area."
