She blinked at Ariana. Hadn't she heard her just now when she asked...? "A hug...I was asking you for a hug because it might make me feel better. Can I have one?" There wasn't impatience in her tone, she just REALLY needed a hug.

She put Felix down then walked toward the older girl, giving her a snuggly hug before letting go and smiling just a bit (not that she would see). "Thanks." The moment she released her she felt her kneazle pawing away at her foot. He may have cared more when she was down but he was also more needy. Lex picked him up, her smile getting wider. She could play!!

"We could play in here, just run around screaming 'polo' whenever you say 'marco'. It's a big enough area and I'd be sure to tell you if you're about to fall over." Lex would keep her eyes on the game and on the blindfolded one.

"Was that a 'no' to the hug, Logan?" Wibble.
