Runes, runes, runes. So much fun! Eliza was practically giddy as she sat at her desk, taking a lot of care to NOT touch the tool on her desk. She was happy to be in this class again and happy to be with her friends and Professor Botros. Actually though, she supposed she could just call Botros a friend too - lump them together like that, cause she enjoyed their chat they'd had.
Now, she tried to think of something different to say about runic scripts and NOT about the rune symbols themselves. She raised her hand to try, "Well, like it's been said, they can be carved onto any surface that's carvable really, like stone, wood, clay....but also I think they could be pressed onto things like a stamp or a mold or with a hot iron - like branding. All of those methods work well with runic scripts because of their straight, easy to create lines." She wished she knew more, but that was why she was here. To learn!
