Speaking of waking up....or opening up... as soon as Wes walked in to his office, a paper crane opened up on his desk and showed him a memo from Transportation. Wonderful, the floo network was down. Was he surprised?

No. Transportation was the least effective department in this whole Ministry. Wes pushed the paper crane off the side and into his wastebasket and then had a seat, gesturing for Josh to do the same.
