Was she laughing? Ethan turned from his notes to look at Minerva curiously. He wasn't sure what all was so funny right now, but he supposed that was the ice cream talking.. er, laughing. Though it didn't really matter much now because she was watching him almost dreamily.. which.. he liked.. and it almost distracted him from the ice cream. If only it wasn't right smack in front of his face..
Giving her a small smile, he watched her as she pronounced the incantation. "Sounds good to me," he nodded and gave a little shrug. She seemed to have the words down.. Would the spell work as easily? He guessed it was about time they found out.. too bad it had to be the dumb ice cream they were working with though. "Um, I think so.." he said in regards to her question as he looked down at his notes and pulled out his wand.
"Yes.. just circle it over the bowl," he said, still trying to manage a smile at her as he looked back up. "Alright.. let's see if this works.." Ethan waved his wand in a circle over his bowl of ice cream while commanding, "Conglacio." He peered at it distastefully for a moment, wondering if the spell worked. He supposed he'd have to wait to really see.. but he was not taste-testing it.
"I guess that's it," he said with a shrug, turning back to Minerva. "Seems easy enough.. Give it a go?" He turned to her a bit more fully to watch her attempt.
Oh... was he looking at her weird or was she just to aware of his feelings towards what she liked to eat. Hmm she wasn't sure, but she fidgeted in her seat a bit. As he said she was correct on the wand movement she watched as he pulled out his wand and did the spell. He was so good with his wand whether he liked to know it or not.
"Yes it looks pretty easy." She smiled really big at him nudging him a bit. See this can be fun keeper boy... Everything is fun.. She turned to her ice cream and was about to put her finger in it again when she felt eyes on her.. Oh yes no ice cream at least not right now.. She fought the urge to eat it and pulled her wand. Clearing her throat and trying to push away the need to eat what was in front of her she circled the bowl.
"Conglacio" "So now we wait... how long again?" She looked at Ethan .. Why wasn't she sure of any of this.. She always knew what was going on, but right now all she wanted was that chocolate goodness in front of her.
