"Oh right." Lex's flavor. The Ravenclaw scanned the plate, searching for a particularly interesting flavor to force down his friend's throat. "Green with red spots." It looked like Christmas, so it couldn't be that bad, right? And besides, they knew what mint looked like now, so she could eat one of those if it was nasty.
YOU SEE WHY SHE WOULDN'T BE HAVING ANOTHER BOWL OF ICE-CREAM???? Just
look at him over there chewing without much care for what he was eating. No more. She wouldn't be taking anything else, no matter how horrible the taste was. Nope nope nope. She scribbled ear wax onto the parchment then picked up the one he chose.
This was pretty, pretty candy
always tasted good. He was getting better at this picking the flavours thing
even if she wasn't.
It took her only a second to figure out what it was and she was scowling immediately. The flavour was one thing, but having decided that she would eat this without problem just as he had she realized how difficult this would be.
Her nose wrinkled.
"Dirty sock, a really dirty sock." And now she felt sick all over again. How could
anyone call these
candy??? They were a disgrace to sugar!!! Only a handful of these tasted nice, what even?????? It stayed in her mouth for a while longer before she finally swallowed. Note to self, pretty candy
lied. Lex scribbled the next flavour down then pointed to a speckled white one.
"Give that one a try." And her eyes might have rested on the ice-cream but she wasn't about to ask for it.
