That thought had crossed her mind so many times over the years. She wanted nothing more than to make them proud of her. "I really hope so. I hope her and dad both would be." It was one of her biggest pushes with class and life in general. The thought of them being proud of her and not really knowing if they would be. Blue eyes snapping up he thought it was a good idea that was great. "Would you mind.. I mean could we.. I mean that would be great. " Seeing her mom at school.. in pictures that just sounded amazing.
How much he took care of her, it was so wonderful and her heart skipped at his words. "I feel the same way, but I think you know that." How many over protective words or actions had she given him over the past two years. It was obvious she was a worrier. Her smile faded as she knew the headache talk was going to upset him. "Yes they are, but they aren't bad. I don't really have to take anything for them. They are more annoying then anything else." It wasn't like she was in horrible pain, just a little pain. She was glad he understood why she would go to Hadley and not crazy healer. She smiled as he hugged her, the wounds of that detention still open. She knew why he was hugging her tightly and she hugged right back. It was a horrid evening and horrible events happened, but it didn't break their bond to each other if anything it made them closer.
Squeezing his hand she shook her head, "You are amazing. You play amazing, you fly amazing. From what I've heard you played awesome at the match against us. I just wish I would have been awake to have seen it." Moving on from that subject though, no need to keep reminding him that she was knocked out. She playfully rolled her eyes, "Of course you're hot. I wouldn't be with you if you weren't." She laughed knowing she was not joking about his adorable cuteness, but she was joking about being with him only because of it. "You are the hottest guy I know." She leaned in giving him a quick kiss. "I love you." She smiled sweetly towards him. "I would have liked seeing her play. She had to have been awesome and how awesome to be able to tell all your friends that you had an Aunt on a team." She couldn't imagine something so neat. When he couldn't find his mom on any of the trophies, Min felt a little bad about being so excited to find hers, but he was right. Quidditch wasn't for everyone and she might have been more gobstones, prefect, or even academic material instead of quidditch. "We will have to keep our eyes open to find her." Like a treasure hunt or something.
Ethan chuckled a bit as she shook her head and he did the same. She was really so much a better player than she gave herself credit for.
"Now, come on.. you know you're a good beater. You wouldn't have made the team if you weren't." He shrugged a little.
"Besides, I could say the same about myself.. I could be faster and more adept at blocking shots." He knew he was nowhere near the Keeper his aunt was. The his eyes snapped up as she mentioned getting hurt, He nodded wordlessly in agreement, squeezing her hand a bit. He couldn't stand the sight of her getting hurt.. he hoped with everything he had he'd never have to witness that again.
Ethan couldn't help but smile at her words. He knew she was as protective over him as he was over her.. he really loved that about her, she was so sweet.
"I know.. you take really good care of me," he grinned, unable to help his mind from wandering to when he had been injured in a recent game. His smile faltered a bit and he nodded his understanding as she recalled the headaches, glad that they didn't sound too bad but still..
"Well, that's good.. I think.. but make sure you see Hadley as soon as possible.. please?" As in, later today. He didn't know much about concussions other than what he had read when he was trying to help her, but it didn't sound so good to him that the headaches were still lingering, even if they weren't as bad.
Chuckling a bit at her words, he shook his head and smiled a little.
"Careful.. you'll end up giving me an over-inflated ego." He knew he wasn't nearly as good as she was saying, but she was very sweet to build him up that way. And he did feel like he was getting better.
"Well, I don't know about that," he shrugged.
"The game was kind of a blur for me." He did notice on the Quidditch leader board that he had achieved several blocked shots in the game, however.. even if his head wasn't in it. He grinned widely at her words, pulling her close as she kissed him. "I guess its only fitting that we're together then.. since you're the prettiest girl I know." He gave her a wink and said,
"I love you too."
He nodded a little, thinking about when his aunt played. It hadn't really been all that long ago but he missed seeing those games.
"It's too bad I didn't know you then.. I could have taken you to see her. She only stopped playing a couple years ago." It had been kind of surprising when she moved back to England but he thought he knew the reason.. though he wondered if she would now go back to it. He shook himself from those thoughts when talk turned back to his mother.
"Yeah, it might be cool to find something about her here.." He glanced at all the trophies, knowing that it was unlikely here, but maybe somewhere else.
"Did you want to head over to the library? Or.. whenever you're ready.." It seemed like she was really enjoying looking at the trophies and thinking of her mom's time here.. she could take her time if she wanted. Though talk of libraries and yearbooks made him think of something.
"What year did your mom graduate?"
