Tobias felt completely helpless and scared and just SAD SAD SAD and there was too much sad and he couldn't cope with the sad because he was NEVER SAD. And Hadley... Hadley was an adult and she was meant to stop bad things and being sad was a bad thing and it wasn't stopping. Briefly the AUROR acronym from that seminar flashed in his mind, but Tobias couldn't think straight and couldn't even remember what it stood for. He just continued watching and hoping that something would happen. A strangled sob escaped his throat but he barely noticed... someone had to help her.
