It wasn't that Benjy was putting it off indefinitely... it was just that he needed to figure out how to start. He didn't want to scare her away again. Anyhow, his wife got a kiss and a wink before she greeted Elizabeth. Following her lead, Benjy smiled warmly at Eliza. "Hey! How are you, Eliza?" A little too perky? Well... maybe a little. Eliza turned and acted surprised, "Oh! Benjy! Sky!" She pulled a fake beaming smile at them, "How amazing to see you two!" Elizabeth glanced at Benjy, "Good and you?" Yep, no talk about how she ran out crying the last time they seen each other... fake cheerfulness and all will be good... maybe they can just ignore this whole thing happened... yep that would be wonderful... very wonderful...
