She stood waiting for her cue to enter the office while she shifted her weight from foot to foot. Hearing the undersecretary calling her to come in, she stepped in slowly and walked over until she was a couple of feet in front of the desk. Nodding at the man seated behind the desk, she smiled, "Good day, Mr Rockefeller. I'm Victoria Smith, front desk secretary," She introduced herself. Though surely having being able to get to the office meant she was an employee. But she could be secretary, maintenance or anyone.
But to get to why she was here, "Mister Elmo Claus, Ministry advisor wishes to see you. shall I let him in?" She asked. She suspected it has something to do with discussing the given assignment with the MLE but she wasn't going to blurt out any info she wasn't sure of. First impression and all.
