"Go ahead." He told the four volunteers, "For the disarming spell, you can partner up." Or choose a victim partner from the "audience".
She wasn't allowed to volunteer? Well
fine but don't expect her to watch
either. She leaned back onto her elbows and tried licking the bowl clean. Anything to distract her because you know what? She was throwing a five year old's tantrum. She was NOT looking. Nope nope nope.
After she got the bowl clean she just left the bowl on her face because the inside was more interesting than watching people doing something she wasn't allowed, obviously. How long would they be demonstrating for anyway--heeeeeeyyyy, MAYBE ONE OF THEM WOULDN'T DO IT RIGHT AND SOMEONE WOULD GET HURT?? Oh wait...no...she liked some of them that were volunteering so she couldn't hope that would happen. SIGH. Back to staring at the ice-cream bowl.
Someone just nudge her when this was over.
No buzzer, no blasting things, she was SO over all this. Worst part was, there was no ice-cream break so she was stuck licking an empty bowl while she waited for this to be over.
Were they doooooooooooone yet?
