And then it was time for her to check his, yes? The sixteen year old held out her hand, palm up, and looked at him expectantly. "Your turn."
He studied her hand a bit more as she spoke. Asher nodded and said
"Yes, oval. I agree with oval."
Asher watched as Ella held out her hand and he gently placed his, palm up, on hers.
"Sorry, mine are kind of scratched up from playing outside." His hands were always bumped and bruised from climbing trees and digging around in the dirt and rocks.
"I think I'm an earth person."
'An Earth person?' he thought, 'why did I just say that.' He blushed and hoped Ella didn't think he was a complete dork.
