Well, yeah she'd thought of all of that. And really, it seemed like there was nothing that could be done about it for now. "We department heads are currently talking about that. But all that would have to be negotiated with the Headmistress, and she's, well let's just say she's not the easiest person to work with." Now there was an understatement. But Roxanne hadn't told them this to discuss ways Hogwarts could step up. No, this lead into what she was going to say next. And was it just her, or had she lost Jasmine's attention already? Well, this next bit of information oughta grab it back. "Yes, there will be overtime pay. It'll be on a scale, though. Whoever does the most work will get the most overtime at the end of the week, while whoever does the least gets the least." She wasn't going to pay people to be lazy after all. "This is just in this department, though, so keep that in mind. Also, I had an idea. What would you guys say to a little motivational game? And a board keeping track of all of this?" Not that it really mattered, because it was happening anyway. Just giving them an opportunity to vent their frustrations now.
