She was going fine on the avoiding sound thing until the THUD that had her first wincing then scowling as the door was opened. Noise. No noises, sounds were fine but noise...no. Was this how Lottie felt? Probably not because the noises didn't hurt her ears she just disliked them--or wait...did they hurt her ears. Lex would have to look into that.

For now, heading into the office. Lex went straight to the seat she normally sat at without being invited to sit. Kinda bad form when she thought about it but then she wasn't thinking much, she was trying not to until she had ice-cream and Professor Airey saying nice things.

While she waited on him to get over whatever attack he'd faced on his way to open the door, she sat quietly and hoped there wouldn't be anymore.

Noises. Just no.
