Astronomy Lesson 3-the spell 2 ΒΌ of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pls
After counting to ten, Forrest opened one eye. He saw--he wasn't blind!1111!!!1!1!--and moreover, the spell had WORKED! LIKE, IT WORKED! His other eye went open and WOW LOOK AT THAT everthing was VERY close and BIG and it WORKED and--words failed him and he started clapping and jumping around himself. He had obviously forgotten about his butt, but soon enough he stopped and searched for somewhere to hold on. He was easily dizzy, and with this spell it would be extra powerful so.
Polaris. Professor Flamsteed. Astronomy. Yes.
Looking up at the sky, he giggled at the breath-taking close-up view of sky. Why hadn't he performed this spell before? He would do it from now on and come here and just watch the sky. It was so, so calming! He even let his eyes wander on their own as he gasped here and there at the beauty of stars--the very stars his mother had been gazing a few hours ago--but every spell wore out eventually, so... Polaris. Of course.
Narrowing his eyes thoughtfully, he searched the sky more slowly this time and after 30 seconds' search, he was gazing at what he thought was Polaris A. And soon enough, he was looking at Polaris B, and that small thing must be Polaris Ab. Good thing he had listened to Professor well, or else he could never remember the pictures.
Task was complete, but he didn't think 40 minutes was up yet. So, he decided to star-gaze and think about his mum until the charm wore out.
...
After about five seconds, when his vision was normal, he got up and headed to the Astronomy classroom.
