Or wait. No... there was Alice running away like she didn't know it was her responsibility to babysit fourth years. He raced out the door to catch her.

Alice wasn't planning on going out to the grounds, anyway, too much effort. But Mo could still tag along if he wanted, because he needed babysitting and was tolerable, liked even.

He was the baby, see? But if he pinched her, she was ditching him.
The Observatory was the first place she headed, seeing as it was closest and easiest for this particular assignment. Polaris was still pretty simple for Alice to find once she located the Big Dipper and used the pointer stars to direct her to the North Star again. Were there more ways to do that? Maybe baby Cactus knew one.
"I found it." It being Polaris. He knew.
