was polaris, which it totally was--had to be because she said so and she wasn't going looking for another star, then the reading she was getting was 30. Okay. Sure. whatever you say sextant. It was the boss of her calculations tonight and she wasn't going to argue. Not with her current time constraints.
She pulled out her parchment and quill then hastily began working it out. This kind of math was a no brainer so no grumbling while she did it.
And now it would seem she was done here. Lex took a last glance in the direction she was coming from to make sure she wasn't being watched or followed, that just wouldn't work. Not when she was about to make a break for the grounds.
