The harder part now. Heh.
With her skinny fingers the red head grabbed her sextant and put it by her eye so she could see through it perfectly. She then looked out towards the horizon. Step one done. Now she needed to find Polaris again, which she did by pressing the clamp till Polaris was at her horizon. This was right then? yeah? She hoped so, because she released the clamp there. She swayed it a little and watched as the Polaris star remained in the correct place.
Weiiird telescope thingy. But angles, she needed that. So she took the sextant away from her eyes and read off the degrees. Forty one. Okay. She scribbled that down along with the sum to work latitude out. Then looking at the numbers she figured it out in her head and wrote her answer.
