Finally he'd smiled... well grinned, but she was counting it as the same thing as she grinned back almost immediately, happy that things were starting to head towards the way that they'd normally been as soon as that entire... tension, was gone.

Somehow she didn't believe him when he said that he was just curious, but she figured she wouldn't push it. He probably had a reason for saying that it was nothing. Still, figuring that something was bothering him the girl moved to hug him.

Kahlan always liked hugs when she was thinking about stuff.

In fact she just liked hugs!

"Hungry? You have to ask? I mean you've had to eat the stuff that they call food for the past while as well haven't you?" she teased slightly, thinking about the 'food'. Since arriving at school the she'd barely eaten, and that was definitely saying something when it came to her normal eating habits!

Oh she couldn't wait to have some real, proper, edible food to eat!
