Pressure was the first thing she felt, her chest heaving as she remembered things from the past. Images flashed behind her eyes, and then, a voice, a soft voice. Not the voice from her memory, but the voice of Kaiden, her best friend was playing at her ear.
Suddenly, she snapped too, mostly. Still holding her knees she turned her head to him and sighed. "I" she blinked and turned to look at him. "don't like him, I tried to tell you that back in January before we left for school...but I failed" she admitted sheepishly and bit her lip.
She wasn't sure if he had heard her almost whispered truth and just was asking about the other thing. "Or - ugh, are you asking about that other..th-thing the f-feelings thing" she asked rather awkwardly as she turned and rested her head on his shoulder.
