Forrest had finally accepted that he needed fresh air. He hadn't left the castle for about a month, except to go to Herbology, and now he felt SUFFOCATED. He'd been feeling like that for quite a while now, but this fight with Sonea was the last drop and wrapping himself thorougly inside his coats and scarves, he stepped outside after finishing the homework.

He headed directly to the lake, hoping there wouldn't be too many people there. He wanted some silence as he was gloomy again. He missed his mother crazily, and--was that Alexa? Squinting his eyes against the Sun, he stared at the figure on the swimming dock for a few seconds until he deemed it was her, and then he ran to her with glee.

"Alexaaaaaa!" he exclaimed on his way to not startle her, and he kept his arms open to HUG her. It was his way of coping with melancholy--always have friends around you to stop thinking and missing. And this was exactly what he intended to do with Alexa--if she wanted him too, of course.
