Now she'd have to actually find the kitchen and how to get in, however for now the blonde figured she'd take things one at a time.
Seeing a familiar Hufflepuff she smiled, amused at how they often seemed to run into each other like this. Almost skipping towards him she tapped him on the shoulder, a massive grin on her face as she rolled back onto her heels.
"Long time no see" she joked, though it was true, she hadn't seen him in a while.
Forrest hadn't noticed he was on edge, but he gasped dramatically and
jumped away from the disturber with a scared look on his face. He regarded her with scared look for a second until he recognised she was only Kahlan, and he was relieved, though he didn't answer her grin with his own.
"Hello," he breathed, hand on his heart beating frenetically. He got the idea it wasn't really forbidden to enter the kitchens, but he wasn't sure. He still endeavoured to enter there without being seen, thank you very much.
"How are you?" He wasn't sure how sensitive her ears were, but there was a tiny hint of coldness in his voice as his eyes fell on the Slytherin crest on her robes. Slytherins... he had got the chance to see how ugly they could get, and although she had been only kind to him, he knew it was just a matter of time she lied to him according to her own interest.
