Besides, who knew what secrets the girl's bathroom held? It was one of those mysteries he'd like to leave mysterious.
"You open the door and go in and try the spell, and then come back and hold the door for me. I'll just cast the spell through the door and you tell me if it works." Because he would have his eyes closed. Elodie thought Mo was crazy. The celebrating his first dead person fine was cute or whatever, but this whole thing about going to the girl's bathroom left her questioning things. She'd made no comment when he'd suggested it, nor when they had been on their way up here, instead she'd just wittered on about her cat and spaghetti. Had he been listening? She didn't know.
If he was staying outside, she was just going to have to see two green outlines, were they both successful in casting and locating. "Right yeah. You gotta promise if you hear me scream or anything, you'll come save me." She was not going to be another green outline on an activity like this to students in the future. She HAD a future.
Giving him a nod, she pushed open the door and stepped inside. As a personal thing, Elodie had refused to listen to any details about anything that happened in any bathrooms. Especially one she was going to use if the situation arose! So she knew nothing. Not where to look, not anything. The closest thing she came to was the sinks, and she decided to start there. Easier than venturing down by the stalls - toilets weren't super sparkly you know?! Her wand went in a counter clockwise circle, and then pointed. "Spiritum Revelio...." Anything? Anything.....? Nothing. Good for nothing sink.
Returning to the door, she propped it with her back and leant her head out only to grin at Mo. "Aim to the left? I tried the right and got nothing..." The left was just stalls, but she supposed if she crouched down, she'd be able to see a full sweep of the floor in them.
