Laura looked at her cousin and smiled, she didn't want to get into trouble with her cousin, so she would just change it later and hope Bliss doesn't tell her off, she looked at her book and smiled. "Did you know you know acceptance or declination of a place at Hogwarts must be posted by 31 July, so basically a quill writes down when everyone is born that has magic power and then well it's simple a teacher looks at the book and sends out letters to those who are turning 11, I wonder what would happen if they had like 2000 students on the books, how would they decide who was to be given a place." Laura sighed, it must be hard to decide.
